The Atlantic Coast Conference on Mathematics in the Life and Biological Sciences will be held in Blacksburg, Virginia on May 3-5, 2007. The basic objectives of the conference are to

The goal of the conference is to establish links between experts from mathematical, statistical, biological, and clinical science and identify significant scientific advances that can be achieved when quantitative science is brought to bear on and merged with biological science. The conference will include four plenary lectures and a limited number of thirty minute contributed presentations. Anyone wishing to make a presentation should submit a title and abstract to one of the following organizers:

Abstracts should be in pdf format and are due by April 10, 2007. There are a limited number of slots available for contributed talks and the organizers will accept contributed talks until all slots are filled. Therefore, everyone is encouraged to submit their abstract as soon as possible. Abstracts are no longer accepted.

CONFERENCE LOCATION

All lectures will be at the Virginia Bioinformatics Institute (VBI) on the campus at Virginia Tech. The VBI facility is located on Washington Street.
